TDS GTNXi Black Screen/Missing Community files

hello everyone, your nerves are on edge. i bought the software tds gtnxi.
installed according to instructions. everything brought up to date.
everything worked yesterday with no problems. then I installed the GTN750 and wanted to test it.
I didn't like the gtn750 that much, so I deleted the folder in the community order.

when i wanted to fly again with my analog grand caravan, the screen stays black.
with the heli 145 I get the message that nothing is installed.

In the versions manager, I downloaded all the files, but everything remains dark. then I only installed version 20.20.13.0, same effect.

in tds gtnxi flight sim 1.0.1.9 under avionics right side tds gtnxi is in gauge mode.

I always made sure that the avionics were on in the simulator.

I have already uninstalled the plane and immediately reinstalled it.
multiple deletions from the entire tds software and the gamnin trainer.

now i'm in a bad mood and i regret buying this software.
in the flight simulator the tds software starts without any problems but the damn screen stays black.

I don't know what and how this error message comes about. nothing is blocked in the anti-virus program, as I said, everything was working fine yesterday.

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXI, we are here to help.

This error is indicative of AVG/Avast antivirus interfering with our application (not blocking/quarantining, but a different interference). Can you confirm that you run any of the antivirus software?
In case the answer is yes, the solution is very simple, but we need to know the answer first.

Please do not worry, we will get this problem solved, we always do.

hi i use avg free. everything worked fine the first time you installed it. I don't assume there is a problem with the anti-virus program.

Thank you for providing this information, indeed, there is a conflict between AVG and the TDS GTNXi, it seems that AVG has the bad habit of interfering with running programs.
But there is a quick solution for you, you have to setup an antivirus exception for this path/file:
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTI\Production\GTI__GTN_Xi__20_20\app-20.20.13\bin\GTN_Simulator.exe

This is also described in page 30 of our User's Manual, a shortcut to it is installed on your Desktop:TDSGTNXiFlightSimManual.pdf

so I deactivated and tested the virus scanner. it works without a virus scanner.
added the link as an exception but to no avail.

I am just disappointed in this product.

All TDS software's is up to date.  When I launch MSFS and start the 414 Cessna, the GPS screen for the 750 GTNXi are black.
