Hi,

I just purchased the TDS GTNXi pro and I have a major issue with it. When I click on one of the screen soft buttons, I wait a few seconds (up to 5) to get the "click" sound confirming I clicked on it and the action corresponding to this click takes 10 to 30 seconds (no kidding !). I run MSFS 2020 with many add-ons, so I loaded it with no add-on but the problem remained the same.

Finally I tried to switch to the monitor (I normally use VR with OpenXR) and the behavior of the GTNXi was good this time : instant click sound and function execution when I click on a soft button. Back to VR mode and the problem is back, so this is really Virtual Reality which is a problem for the GTNXi.

I tried with two planes : the BlackSquare TBM 850 and the A2A Comanche 250. Same problem, so it is not related to the plane the GTNXi is installed in.

Can you help ?

Hi, I purchased the TDS GTNXi resently and have been flighing with the Black Square C208 without issues. I also have the Black Square King Air but when I load it it loads without the GTNXi. The C208 loads automatically without me having to do anything at all, so I was thinking maybe there is something I need to activate to get it to load in the King Air. I've don searches but don't seem to find any definitive answer to the issue. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I am tryin to use the TDS GTNXi with MSFS and the navigation source stops working after changing the active waypoint. If you toggle the navigation source over GTN750XI Unit 1 -> Unit 2 back to Flight Simulator it works again for one more waypoint.

Is there a way to make that source stick, it is really not usable otherwise

I would appreciate any help.

Just purchased the Pro version and have the full Navigraph subscription. For some reason no matter what I do I cannot change it from the default database to the Navigraph database. It shows I am using the Navigraph in the menu but the GTN unit is always showing the default.

How does one go about changing the email address linked to their account? 

I left my previous ISP a few months back, so the email address on file with TDS is no longer valid nor do I have access to any email going to that address even if it was. 

I was attempting to purchase the Pro upgrade, now that Navigraph is supported, but the purchase 'info' window shows my old email address which I can't seem to change. 

I'm assuming that if I make that purchase using the old email address, any and all correspondence and links will be directed to that email address and as a result I will not have access to the upgrade!?

I purchased the upgrade and then downloaded same and all I get is a zip file. Not the manager. It states its downloading the TDSGPSmanager but in fact it's only a zip file.

I have just purchased Pro Upgrade for TDS GTNXi MSFS. From My Account I cannot download the latest version of TDS Download Manager and therefore cannot install my new software. Any suggestions?

I have tried for a while to install 1.0.4.2with the TDSGPSMANAGER but keep getting errorwindow that pops up:
