Hello,

Recently upgraded my PC. Windows 11 Professional, relatively high-end desktop PC. I have noticed that every time I close the MSFS 2020 (Steam version), the Windows Reliability Monitor reports that "GTN Xi Series Trainer" Stopped working. This is shown on the reliability graph as a red "X" and the graph drops.

There is no obvious sign that the program has crashed, other than my checking the Reliability Monitor. Appears to happen every time I exit the sim.

Please can I get ideas on what to look for to stop the program crashing in the background on sim shutdown? I realize it may be a minor issue, but I don't like looking at the Reliability Monitor graph and seeing this tracking in the mud, plus it should not be happening regardless.

j'avais pas utilisé Flight simulator2020 depuis un petit moment, j'ai mis a jour le GPS GTNXI
pour mon avion le chancelor 414 ...
le probleme c'est que maintenant,l'ecran du GPS ne s'allume pas !!
j'ai tenté plusieurs ré-installation , sans succes !
les boutons du gps semblent réagir , mais l'ecran reste desesperement noir !

autre chose etrange , si je compare la version affiché par l'installateur et le fichier Json généré , les versions ne sembles pas correspondre !

i haven't used Flight simulator2020 for a while, i updated the GTNXI GPS

the problem is that now, the screen of the GPS does not light!
I have tried several re-installations, without success!
the gps buttons seem to react, but the screen remains hopelessly black!

Another strange thing, if I compare the version displayed by the installer and the Json file generated, the versions do not seem to correspond!

While using the 750 with my flight plan running there is always a green arrow line that points to the closest airport while I'm in flight, is there anyway to turn that off?

I have recently purchased a new pc and I am currently moving/installing all my MSFS files from the old pc.

I had forgotten my original TDS password so I obtained a new one.

Now when I successfully log on to TDS and try to install the GTnxi it tells me that either my log in name or password is incorrect.

Can you please help?

Just bought your GTNXi software and downloaded TDSGPSManager.exe....and it won't run...normally or as administrator.

Have tried disabling Norton and no difference.

Not had this problem before.

I have recently started using a quest 3 to fly in VR, however in a few aircraft. THe A2a Comanchie and the Flightsimware Learjet I cannot click on the screen of the 750.

Any ideas?

How do I bring up the various charts like in the trainer when i'm in my aircraft. All I get is, Not Connected to Navigraph Charts Connect using the TDS GTNXi interface.

The ETA under the Trip Planning is showing wrong ETA.  As the ETE is counting down, so is ETA, which it shouldn't, causing an ETA to show less then current time. The ETA does show correct time at take off, but decreases with ETE.  The attached screenshot shows information based on time 2005 UTC.  ETA should be greater then the current time.

New GTNXi user here. Well, aspiring user would be more accurate.  After downloading the manager, it fails to execute. FYI, the exe file is reported by Windows to be 4,109,728 bytes in length. I've tried several downloads. Always the same result.

What do you suggest?

I just upgraded to the GTXNi Pro.   First of all, I wasn't a great master of the upgrade process.  But I paid the fee, downloaded a revised Manager, finally got the part about using the Plugin portion of Navigraph Hub.  But I had still missed the part about getting the QR code in the Manager settings.  When I put that in, it said I was connected to Navigraph.

This was reflected in the GTXNi when I started it up.  The Navigraph DB was now current instead of expired.  Did I miss anything else?

I picked out a challenging RNAV RNP APP to Runway 21 in Scottsdale, KSDL  This was part of SimBrief flight plan that I imported into GTXNI.  But when I went into the Flight Plan to select my STAR and APP, the STAR was in there, but the approach was missing from the available procedures.  What?  This is why I bought the upgrade, so I wouldn't get the "Waypoints Locked" messages all the time.
And yet I am able to pull up that very approach plate right in the GTXNi.  Weird that I can display the approach but it remains un-selectable.  So again I am wondering what I didn't get right in the setup process.  There were a lot of hoops to jump through.

Should that approach work now in the GTXNi, and I missed a step, or are there still approaches that can't be flown?
