Which version of the JustFlight Pipers did you purchase? From the Just Flight Store or the MSFS Marketplace?
And also very important: do you have AVG antivirus?

Does the GTNXi work in standalone mode if you open it without MSFS running and show the 750Xi window?

Do you get an error message?

Which version of MSFS do you have installed? Windows Store or Steam? Did you ever have both installed?
