Hello,

Let's first confirm that the TDS GTNXi works well. With MSFS closed, please start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

Not to worry, we will resolve the problem, we always do.

Hi there

When opening the tds application without msfs 2020 running, the device starts normaly.  Database screen and then on to the main menu.

In MSFS 2020 it works well in the comanche 250 from a2a simulations, but in the 182II RG it does not turn on with the avionics switch

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know.

Please update the Carenado C182RG to the latest. In addition, please show us a few screenshots of the issue.

As the TDS GTNXi works well in other aircraft and as a standalone, we doubt that the issue is related to the TDS GTNXi, but we will do our best to help or point you in the right way.

Thank you, in that case, we can go the screenshot route.
If you have other GTN GPS software installed, it may be a good idea to temporarily uninstall them as a test.

Unfortunately the screenshots are small and unreadable, can you please re-upload true sized screenshots?

Power is on - tried manual power on, tried the options to ready to taxi, ready to fly and the ctrl-e none work.
