TDS 750 GTNxi Black Screen

I did a re-install of MSFS 2020 and now my TDS GTN 750xi is not working. When I go into the TDS offline it powers up just fine. It however shows a black screen in all my aircraft. Does anyone have any suggestions that might get it working again. Thanks for your help guys!

Tried un-installing everything and starting over. When installing the trainers it gets all the way thru and then an extraction error shows up and it won't install. Any suggestions getting past this?

Hello,
This has been a small problem on our end, we apologize for it. Please make sure to reinstall the TDS GTNXi V1.0.2.8 from the TDS GPS Manager. If you are having extraction errors, please send us a screenshot of the problem via email at: support@tdssim.com Additionally, you may try rebooting the PC, then start the TDS GPS Manager an ad administrator (right click/run as administrator) Please let us know how it goes.

Can you confirm if the TDS GTNXI works when starting it with MSFS closed (click on the GTN750Xi button)?
