Can't get TDS GTNxi to Show in Aircraft

I’m having a very similar problem with the GTN750 except mine won’t open only in the Black Square 350. Switchology and power settings correct. Interestingly the 750 installed in my Milviz Cessna 310 works great. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In regards to the TDS GTNXI not working, let's approach this problem on a step by step basis. Please start the standalone TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut with MSFS closed and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

Additionally, are you running any external hardware from Honeycomb?

Based on your answers we will see how to approach this problem.
Not to worry, we will get it resolved!

yes - the screen lights up and shows the 2 small screens plus "sim not running"

yes! I have both Alpha and Bravo set ups - correctly set for each individual aircraft - only 750 not working

In anticipation of suggestions - have done the following
1 removed Community to elsewhere and created a new community
2 reinstalled C414 - no downloaded liveries - and TDN GTN 750XI - checked  - tds-gtnxi-gauge
3 PC restarted each install - checked install - MS not running - OK as earlier screenshot
4 opened C414 - all OK except GTN 750XI blank
5 opened Marketplace install of C PC12 - tablet OKayed install - but blank screen
6 removed H Alpha and Bravo from equation - no changes to either aircraft 
7 Re installed Alpha and bravo - screens still Blank - all other gauges etc  working on both aircraft
 ----- at each install and reinstall _PC was restarted

In regards to the Honeycomb hardware, a very frequent black screen problem is the avionics bus switch being set to off. Can you please make sure that the physical button is turned on?

Additionally, which antivirus are you using?

We will resolve the problem, in the worst case, we will attempt a version with logging.

Great suggestion about the avionics bus switch on the Honeycomb yoke. Just went into the Sim and turned on the avionics master in the King Air and activated the bus switch on my honeycomb and VOILA…. the GTN750 came alive.

Hello.
since today i have the weird problem that my TDS doesnt light up in the Simulator anymore, yesterday it worked perfectly fine.
When i try to start the external app with the sim off it doesnt light up too.

[ Nevermind i figured it out, seems like AVG does block TDS even if you allow it ]
