browser crash

When trying to download the installer it crashes the browser. Any ideas how to fix this?

We are not sure why the browser would crash as we only provide an executable, maybe it is the antivirus software that wrongly detects our software as a false positive, but our software is not a virus. Which antivirus program are you using? The first step would be to set up a manual exclusion or to temporarily disable the antivirus while downloading. If you still encounter problems, we can send you a link to a zip file, but we have to do it privately, so please email us at support@tdssim.com
