TAWS & GPWS System Failure

I've been getting the above message for a few months now so I thought I'd re-install the GTNXi. I've done that and it works okay with regard to flight planning, vloc & gps modes etc. However, even with a brand new install I still get the above messages each time I turn on the avionics in the Turbo Arrow.
Given that it's a new installation, it seems like it could be something to do with MSFS and my settings.
Has anybody any clue as to what could be going wrong?

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXi, we are here to help. Do not worry, we get problems solved, we always do.

Regarding the TAWS System Failure, we think that this is a database issue for the terrain database. Can you let us know (or better, if you can, show us a screenshot) of the startup where all the databases are enumerated? Based on what you see there, especially for the Terrain field, we shall see from where to take it.

Additionally, on the map page, you will not see the terrain colored background, but see black.

With the GTNXi closed, can you please go here:
C:\ProgramData\....

And delete all the Navigator_XI_1 to Navigator_XI_4 folders, then restart the TDS GTNXi and try again?

With MSFS closed and the TDS GTNXi closed as well, can you start the standalone GTNXi PC trainer from the Aviation Trainers shortcut and let us know if you still get the same error message?
