aviation trainer won't install

Hi!  i just purchased this to go with the tbm850 which i also purchased so i hope this can be resolved easy enough!

Its pretty simple, i have downloaded tdsgpsmanager

i run that

i log in 

i attempt to install aviation trainer as those are the instructions
 
it downloads

goes through several preliminary screens

but gets stuck on the screen that says this may take a few minutes

well i have let it run for over an hour and nothing

it is mildly infuriating that i have to download same files over and over only to have it fail anyways so again i hope you can help or i am going to need a refund, not paying $100 for something i can't access!

Based on your screenshots, it seems that the version that you are trying to install is a bit older, v3.8.2.0.
The latest version at the time of writing this message is 3.8.5.0

yes i was trying to install an older version after failing to install the recommended version multiple times

i wish i had better news but i rebooted, downloaded, extracted and ran the install program as administrator but the exact same result, it goes through the initial screens and then stops on the screen that i linked! the blue bar goes by every few seconds and it does not show as unresponsive in the task manager, but its not doing anything!
