I am flying the B60 Duke and the 750 will not load.
Every other GTN GPS loads fine but not he 750
It use to load!

Need help

Hello,

With MSFS closed, please start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

I am just learning to use forums and not doing very well.

I have been away and I am going to be away this coming week.
I did what you asked and the black frame of the 750 shows up but nothing on the screen.
I also just purchase the pro_addition hoping that would solve the problem.
I will be checking this thread while I am away.

After starting the TDS GTNXi with MSFS closed, then closing it, can you please email us this log file located in My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt

Email address: support@tdssim.com

Are you running AVG or Avast antivirus?

Not to worry, we will get this sorted so you can fully enjoy the TDS GTNXi.

Good News........the GTNXI 750 has loaded into the B60 DUKE........
