GTN750Xi and REALSIMGEAR hardware

I purchased a new computer and installed the latest TDS GTN750Xi software that integrates with my REALSIMGEAR GTN750Xi hardware. It worked great on my old machine running Windows 10 Pro... now after installing the MSFS REALSIMGEAR software and the TDS GTN750Xi software into the new machine running Windows 11 Pro.... I get a BLACK SCREEN both on the PC screen, as well as the the REALSIMGEAR hardware screen. I've tried to install the latest trainer and it does not install. I don't have anything other than the standard Windows Defender running.

With MSFS closed, if you start the TDS GTNXi and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the LCD light up and work?

here's what I have .... see image ... the two green lights in the TDS app are on ... but a black screen ..no info
