GTNxi PC Trainer won't install.

I get the message "Could not find GTNxi PC Trainer. It looks like it is not installed, please reinstall from the TDS GPS Manager or contact support" like you really can contact support directly. I have followed the directions and reinstalled several times. I keep getting the same message. What's the best way to uninstall before reinstalling? Thanks, I'd like for this to work. The Pro upgrade is installed but Flight Simulator is not running.

Have you contacted us for support on our Discord channel as well?

Please start the base Aviation Trainer Launcher (V3.6.4.0) from Start/All Programs, navigate to the Version Manager tab and scroll down until you find GTNXi PC Trainer V20.30.8 and select install.
After confirming a correct install, with MSFS closed, start the standalone TDS GTNXi and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?
