Hello Wolfgang,

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXI, we are here to help.

This error is indicative of AVG/Avast antivirus interfering with our application (not blocking/quarantining, but a different interference). Can you confirm that you run any of the antivirus software?
In case the answer is yes, the solution is very simple, but we need to know the answer first.

Please do not worry, we will get this problem solved, we always do.
