We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXi, we are here to help.
We think that this is somehow a permissions issue, so let's try a proper install:
First of all, try to delete this folder, if it exists:
C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE
Then start the TDS GPS Manager in "administrator mode", right click on the exe and select "Run as administrator".
Please let us know if this works.
