Hello,
The TDS GTNXi is an X-Plane plug-in and must reside on the same computer as X-Plane 12 (the simulator).
You can connect the RealSimGear hardware to the X-Plane computer and set it up according to RealSImGear instructions. If the RSG is set up properly, the TDS GTNXi will accept the keys/knobs as well from the TDS settings menu, you assign the GTNXi display as full screen to the RSG monitor, without the need to manually position and resize. The TDS part is described in the TDS GTNXi manual.
As far as the dual G5 units, from the TDS end we support standard X-Plane datarefs (variables) so this should not been an issue of seeing GTSNXi data on the G5s. There is a known bug, as reported in the recent forum post, which we think that we have fixed internally, pending release of a new TDS GTNXi X-Plane V1.0.0.7 soon.
