Hi I purchased the TDS package the other day, it works seamlessly integrated on the velocity XL but only the PMS version appears on the RV14 and I cannot find a way to swap for the TDS version. The TDS and garmin pop up in the background fine but it won't integrate.

Any ideas?

WOW very nice system.  Is there a way to Turn down the Volume of TWAS SYSTEM OK.  It makes me jump every time.  Pretty Loud.  I tried the Volume with in the 750 didn't change it.

Is it possible to cycle the power for the GTN750 on and off...

At present it is running before I am even in the sim.

I would like to be able to turn it on once in the cockpit, as per real world.

This program has worked perfectly since I bought it and I love it...... today The GTN lost power and will not activate.  I did what was suggested in the forums.. Now I get a "Error Installing TDSGTNServices.dll... I've rebooted.. reinstalled trainer and program several times... each time rebooting...

Anyone know how to contact TDS besides this forum?

First of all I have to say that I have been using the GTNXi since the last one was released yesterday, without any problem.

Today I started the simulator with the Cessna 414AW Chancellor (a plane I used yesterday without any problem) and the GTNXi did not start when I activated the avionics.

I try changing planes, and using Milviz's Cessna 310 and the same thing happens.

Surprised, I launch the desktop version and the GTNXi opens its window but it stays the same as on airplanes within MSFS: its black screen.

Looking deeper, I see an alert from the Microsoft Windows Defender program warning me that it has detected a serious threat and quarantined a file.

The threat is detected as Trojan:Script/Wacatac.H!ml

The file they quarantine:
C:\Users\miguel\AppData\Local\Temp\TDS\Temporary\GTNXi EXE Flight Simulator\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE\TDSGTNServices.dll
and
C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE\TDSGTNServices.dll

Using GTNXi Trainer version: 3.3.1.0
Using program version for MSFS: 1.0.2.0

Well, if I give the exception to the threat through Windows Defender, that is, I "ignore" the warning (and therefore that file is not quarantined), GTNXi starts correctly whether I launch it on the desktop or inside of the simulator.

My questions are:
is it correct to do this i.e. ignore this kind of threat in antivirus software?
Can I still make this exception without problem to use the software or shouldn't I?
Why is it now (and not before) that the TDS GTN is detected as carrying a Trojan?

unable to install the update version 1.0.2.0, I get a windows with errors regarding Simconnect, TDSGTNXiFlightSim.exe, TDSGTNServices.dll and TDSGTNXiFlightSimManual.pdf.
What is wrong?

Hi, hope you can help on this issue.

I am attempting to use the 750 in the Black Square Analogue King Air. I have the normal start-up screen for the 750 appearing fine. I click on continue to move to the database screen etc, and then I get to the home screen with the various menu items. Within approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute after entering this part, the 750 will freeze, and I can't continue using it. There have been occasions where I have made it into the setup section or even the flight plan section, but I still have the same issue.

Version 1.0.2.0 is installed. The latest version of the Black Square King Air is also installed as well (v0.1.2). Have also uninstalled and reinstalled both trainer and 750.

Exceptions have been put into my anti-virus software, but this hasn't solved the problem either. (I did also try with anti-virus off completely but no luck there).

I also tested by just loading from the TDS GTNXi icon (without the sim running), and also experience a crash/freeze with it as well.

Any ideas on this one?

I have also have the problem: I have a black screen

I did post the maps as secure in AVG
I also did run the programm with AVG closed 

In TDS GPS Manager I see for the  GTNXITrainer  version 3.5.3.0 is installed on my computer;
 but in TDSGPS Manager , the latest version that is mentioned is 3.3.1.0 
Can this be a the problem ?

I have read your forums and I can tell you I too am having problems with a blank screen.
 
I have tried re-installing the software and rebooting my PC, and making sure all versions are up-to date but nothing seems to work.
 

However, when MSFS is not loaded I can get it to work then.


Please would you advise.
