Problems after upgrade
#1
I need to ask for help please as I have had problems after the last upgrade.

I am running installation manager 1.0.1.7 and want to update the GTNXi Pro edition.  I have updated all the Garmin software to the latest available, but when I run the main update I get a pop-up window that tells me:

Error installing
TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe
Simconnect.Dll
TDSGTNServices.DLL

But when I close that. I get a new window that says:

GTNXi Flight Simulator
Successfully installed.

ONLY, its mot!  The Shell of the 750 screen is displayed on the dashboard , but without any data.  The 650, though, does appear with what seems to be accurate mapping data.

I have been running the GTNXi software for a year now with no previous problems. I am running FS2020, and the plane is a Black Square King Air.

Hopefully you can give some guidance on how to get it working again.

Hello,

It seems that something is blocking the upgrade, such as the TDS GTNXi Pro running in the background. Let's try this:

Reboot the PC, then re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an admin (right click on the executable, select Run As Administrator), then attempt an install of the TDS GTNXi Pro.

Please let us know how it goes.
