Change email address associated with account

How does one go about changing the email address linked to their account? 

I left my previous ISP a few months back, so the email address on file with TDS is no longer valid nor do I have access to any email going to that address even if it was. 

I was attempting to purchase the Pro upgrade, now that Navigraph is supported, but the purchase 'info' window shows my old email address which I can't seem to change. 

I'm assuming that if I make that purchase using the old email address, any and all correspondence and links will be directed to that email address and as a result I will not have access to the upgrade!?

With this data: the previous email address, new email address as well as the product id/proof of purchase.
