GTNXi Volume issues
#1
Please help!

I'm having a strange issue where if I click in the GTNXi in the cockpit it automatically shoots my volume to 100% blowing out my eardrums.  If I open windows volume mixer and adjust the volume level down to 20% then go back into cockpit clicking anything inside the GTNXi automatically shoots the volume up to 100% again.

Hello,

You can always adjust the global GTN Xi volume from the HOME/System/Audio tab.
Disregards Click Sound, this is a general slider.

The issue doesn't appear to be the global GTNXi volume, clicking anywhere inside the 750 is forcing my Windows system volume to 100%

When adjusting the Home/System/Audio tab down to 20 - clicking inside the 750 then forces my Windows system volume to 20%

This is the first time that we are heading of this.

Are you using the TDS GTNXi in standalone or VC integrated?

In addition: The TDS GTNXi is not setting the system volume, we have no control over this parameter.
Had this been a global bug, we would have had quite a lot of complaints by now, but this is not the case, hence why we think that something else is at play here.

Can you please look over your system settings and running software for a possible interference.

Which version of Windows are you running?
In addition, please provide us with some screenshots of how your sound devices are setup and what kind of output devices you have.
