Hello, the best solution is to set an Avast exclusion for the GTNXi PC Trainer by following the instructions below:
Please make sure to exclude this exact path, by following the instructions for the specific antivirus:

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTI\Production\GTIGTN_Xi20_30\app-20.30.8\bin\GTN_Simulator.exe
