trainer error?

             wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what this is and/or any possible solutions.

Hello,

Please make sure to clear this folder:

C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTI\Production\GTI__GTN_Xi__20_30

Then try a new install after a reboot.

Additionally, you can try downloading the standalone exe for GTNXi PC Trainer v20.30.8 from the link below:

Tried your recommendation with the stand alone installer and it seems to be o.k., so far.
 I'll report further if problem reappears.

Just as an update, latest issue i inquired about was ok for a day or two.
Just noticed I'm getting the same error message again in the Garmin Trainer.
May just be an error in the trainer, the TDS GTNXI is still working in sim.

Hello, if the TDS GTNXi is working fine we suggest to leave it as it is and enjoy using the product.
