I modified TDSGTN.ini by adding 

Transponder.VFRCode=0
Transponder.VFRCustomCode=7000

but I would like when I clic on VFR button the VFR code turn on 7000

This was a small typing error, the correct section name is:

Transponder.CustomVFRCode=7000
