Flightplan Problem

Next problem:

GTNXi won't let put in a flightplan. It crashes have way thru. I works if I insert the plan thru MSFS.

I've read the documentation! I rebooted several times. Didn't work.

Will GTNXi accept flightplans from other sources? I didn't see that in the doc's

We are sorry to hear that you are having problems with the GTNXi, can you please give us some details on the crash. Are you able to replicate the problem?
If this problem can be replciated, then maybe informing us of the flight plan would help? The same would go for a short video of the problem, if possible.

What exactly crashes, MSFS, the TDS GTNXi or the PC Trainer and the screen becomes black?

Step be Step:

1. I can load a flightplan using MSFS flight planner with no problem.
2. I can load a flightplan into the GTN750xi and GTN650xi without MSFS running but when I load MSFS it doesn't read the plan.
3. With MSFS running I start loading my flightplan into the GTX750xi or GTX650xi with just the airports (KJFK KORD). No Problem.
4. When I attempt to load a flightplan with waypoints into both the GTN750xi and GTN650XI both will crash and close with no error message. (MSFS DOES NOT CRASH)

I know some problems are like WHAT!!

What FPL are you entering? I can try to replicate to see if I get a crash.

Is the TDS GTNXi autopilot mode set to Heading or Nav?
