For all other customers, this is a notice that we were unable to find ANY correlation between the stated problems and the TDS GTNXi, especially as all components that we have installed have been removed and MSFS still did not work. There are many posts in public places such as the Flight Simulator forum with such problems, so we think, unfortunately, that this was an extremely rare coincidence.

We are sorry for the hurdle of reinstalling MSFS, but, unfortunately, this is not our problem.
