Sure, in this situation, the problem had to do with a 3rd party antivirus conflict: Avast/AVG which required a special exclusion.
Please let us know if you have any of these two antivirus programs.
if you do not, yet still have a black screen in standalone (with MSFS closed), then please close the TDS GTNXi and send us the log file from My Documents called: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt to our email address: support@tdssim.com
We will analyze it and get back to you via email. Thank you.
