Creating waypoints
#1
Using Excell. Created a waypoint as advised and saved it in a .csv  format & renamed file as user.wpt.  An example of the waypoint I want to enter is  41 31' 16.63N and 72 59' 32.70W
in the spread sheet I entered it as 41.311663N and -72.593279. So I'm thinking I am entering this wrong in the Excell. How should I be entering these in the spreadsheet.  In the GTN when I select waypoints, they do not show up. Thanks Walt

Here is an example of how an entry should look:

FISH01,STATELAKE,39.1353,-95.1388

You need to follow the instructions in the TDS GTNXi User's Manual (using decimal degrees)

I thought that's what I did. Is it limited to 6 digets? Maybe I have to many. I'll modify it and see if it works. Thank You. Walt

Changed it to only 6 digits and it still didn't work.
