Sound Problem

After installing your product and running flight simulator, I cannot get the GTNxi to run in the same window as msfs without losing the msfs sound. What am I doing wrong here?

Hello Jtracy,

To keep MSFS 2020 sound when the simulator is not the active window is very simple, please follow these instructions:

With MSFS 2020 loaded on the main menu startup screen, go to the Options tab, GENERAL, then select SOUND.
Make sure that "MUTE AUDIO IN BACKGROUND" is set to OFF.

This should solve your problem, please let us know how it works.
