how do i update the TDS GPS manager?

I've hit the reinstall button, closed the program and restarted, but it keeps saying installed is the old version and available is the new version but not how to install and execute the new version 1.3.1.1

Please download the latest TDS GPS Manager from the TDS Sim Software website, My Account section. From there you can update the TDS GTNXi Pro to V1.3.1.1

I download and open the .exe file and then it opens the manager, but does not update the installed version executable to 1.3.1.1, it just says the new one is available and I hit reinstall and it doesn't update

It gives me an error message
ERROR installing

Hello,

Is the TDS GTNXi Pro running in the background? To avoid this, we recommend to reboot the PC, then re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an administrator (right click on the executable).
