Dual GTN 750s

Good morning
Have had a look on the web and FAQ and in this forum and can’t find any recent threads discussing dual gtn 750 options

Love the 414 and wondered if it was possible to configure a 2nd GTN as nav/com 2. In bigger airports my SOP is to run clearance and ground on com 2 with tower and approach on com 1. Also when on arrival I run ATIS and ground setup in com 2. Would love this to be able to be done with dual 750s to reflect the dual 750 option in the 414 accurately.

AI search says it IS possible. It can’t find the details?

Yes, this is certainly possible, this is the default TDS GTNXi setting. The second GTN750XI unit, we call it Unit 2, is configured by defautl with COM2/NAV2. We describe this in detail in the TDS GTNXI PDF manual.

You need to be in flight, with the C414 selected, then access the TDS GTNXi interface, Settings Tab, GTN750Xi Unit 2 and make sure that the Radio Selection is set for COM2/NAV2.

Many thanks indeed for the response. By "in flight" you mean aircraft loaded and ready to start as opposed to actually in the air? And secondly by saying "access the TDS interface" you mean the desk top app? Not sure if there is a setting within MSFS that I am unaware of.
