Cessna 525 Problem

I have both the RXP GTN and the TDSXi installed in X-Plane12. The Torquesim Cessna 525 supports both. Neither works. Just a blank screen. When I remove the TDS version everything is fine. I reinstalled the TDS version and got the error message "Error installing TDSGTNServices.dll". This was followed by another message saying installation complete. Very confusing. Dont know if this is an indicator of my problem. Any ideas?

Let's work on getting this solved. As a first step, you should not have both the TDS GTNXi and the legacy GTN installed at the same time, you have to choose which one to use.

For the TDS GTNXi XPlane, please uninstall/disable the legacy GTN. After this, please try the Torquesim CJ525 by selecting the proper TDS GTNXi GPS config.

If the TDS GTNXi XPlane will not function, please provide us with the antivirus used as well as the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXPlaneLog.txt

The TDS did work after removing the legacy GTN. The  only thing I noted was that clicking on Database indicated NO DATABASE. Is this normal?

Hello,

Yes, as the databases is updated via Navigraph. As long as the database info page displays all databases as installed, then there are no issues.
