Good day,
I downloaded the latest versions of the TDS GTNXi today - Aviation Trainer (3.10.3.0) and the GTNXi Trainer (20.42.2.0). Additionally, I purchased the pro upgrade. I would like to experience full functionality of the product. At first glance everything is functioning appropriately. I am using MSFS 2020 and have a compatible aircraft, Carenado PA28 181 Archer II. Unfortunately, when I load the flight, the launcher operates as expected closing open windows and switching to "Gauge Mode," but the avionics suite does not appear on the aircraft panel. The stock 430 that came with the original aircraft download is the only GPS unit available.
I have tried reinstalling everything, restarted my computer, and have restarted all programs to no avail. The TDS files were also placed within the MSFS 2020 community folder in case that was required. TDS appears as "installed" within the MSFS content manager. I attempted to switch to an aircraft that is not compatible to attempt to use the product in separate pop-up windows. However, after launching MSFS 2020 the windows remain blank. When I close MSFS 2020 the pop-up windows function properly but do not show the flight plan filed in Navigraph. The pop-ups default to JFK as though they are functioning directly from the Garmin trainer. I am not using a third party anti virus.
I hope there is a simple fix that I am overlooking. Direction would be appreciated, resolution preferred.
Kind Regards,
A
When reinstalling "Flight Simulator 2020" within the TDS GPS Manager I receive an error,
"Error Installing:
TDSGTNFlightSimEXE.exe
SimConnect.dll
TDSGTNServices.dll
TDSROARService.exe"
I am unsure how to resolve this.
I found the correction regarding the install error, however the original issue is still unresolved.
I located the digital tablet at the copilots footrest pocket and was able to activate the product on this aircraft. I have been able to enable it and everything functions as intended.
This issue has been RESOLVED
