LOss of verbal ATC response.

I have installed AirSim3d C560XL GTN 750Xi. I have also installed GTN 750Xi into Thandra PC12.
I am running XP12 simulator. I have not been able to resolve this, what am I missing can you help.

We are not sure what the issue is and how it relates to the TDS GTNXi XPlane? The TDS GTNXi does not interfere with the X-Plane ATC system, so pelase check your other settings as well as the sound volume by using the top left knob of the GTNXi.

OK, but I should add this problem does not arise with aircraft not using GTN 750 xi.
