Settings TDS

I can't access the program settings and the screen remains dark. What should I do?

We are not sure that we understand what you are asking us. Please provide us more details on the issue so we can assist you.

Which TDS GTNXi version are you running?
After starting the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut, please close it, then send us via email the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt

I formatted my PC, after I reinstalled the TDS CTN750Xi I got a message saying that the number of installations had passed. And now the tds screen appears black and does not let go of the settings.

I have already sent the requested file by email
