GTN750Xi displays freezing in xplane 12

Good day,

Yesterday I purchased the TDSGTN750xi for my X-aviation Citation 525 aircraft on xplane 12.
I installed everything as published and removed everything from the other GTN750 program I used to use.
Everything works well the first couple of minutes, but then I see a small TDS box and the first display freezes. Within a minute the same happens for the second display.

The file in the C:/documents states the next lines:

Is there anyone that can tell me what I am doing wrong here, and hopefully what the solution could be?
I am new on this platform so if I am publishing the wrong way, I am sorry in advance.

In addition, please let us know any other relevant information, such as the area flying, other add-on programs, if you are using multiplayer as well as exactly which flight plan you are entering in the GTNXi unit(s).
