Hello,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the TDS GTNXi, we are here to help.

The first item to check is if you installed the PC Trainer and the GTNXi software, this is done from the TDS GPS Manager. If you did that, then please send us (upload or post the contents here) the log files located in Documents:
TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
TDSGTNXi750Unit1Log.txt(if it exists)

We will analyze them and get back to you.
