The TDS GTNXi fully works with the FSReborn Sing S4. For it to work, you need to correctly install both the Sting S4 (latest version) as well as redownload and correctly install the GTN mod.
If you select the Sting S4 and do not see the GTN bezel, then the mod has not been installed correctly, in which case we strongly suggest checking the download and reinstalling.
