Garmin Trainer Installation Error

Hello,

There is an easy fix for this, please close all open programs, start the base Aviation Trainer Launcher (the first program installed), then access the Version Manager tab, scroll down until you find the GTNXi PC Trainer V20.20.13 (this is the exact version needed) and click on install.

After confirming the installation, you can resume the TDS GPS Manager and reinstall the TDS GTNXi Flight Sim V1.0.2.4

I've tried doing this. I get a 404 error. The link to GTNXi V20.42 does not work. I found a link on Garmin's main website and tried installing that. I get a message saying Installed failed. Failed to install the GTN Xi v(20.42) Trainer. See details below. The problem I'm finding is that my user name on the PC has a space "Flying Padre" and Garmin trainer is looking for Padre\appdata\local... instead of Flying Padre\appdata\local...

Have any ideas on how to resolve this?

At this stage there is a server error on the base Aviation Trainer Launcher which prevents the install of the GTNXi PC Trainer when there is a space in the username.
Until the sever error will be fixed, the solution is a manual installation. Please email us at: support@tdssim.com for the manual installation instructions.
