We still think that this is something internal on your end and the problem should be approached for that angle.

Absolutely right.
It was on my end. And finally and definitively sorted. Moving all the MSFS install (Community folder included) to a new 2TB SSD did solve the issue.
The problem, however, is not the LocalStateFolder which is already on an SSD (C: drive) together with MSFS signature files.
