Thank you for your message, unfortunately the Black Square KingAir screen alignment issue has to do with the positioning of the gauge by the aircraft developer, Black Square and not by us. This bug would have to be reported to them for a fix.
In regards to the crashes, what exactly is crashing MSFS or the TDS GTNXi Pro? If the TDS GTNXi Pro is crashing, we will do our best to work with you, one on one, in order to resolve the issue so you can fully enjoy the TDS GTNXi Pro. If it is MSFS that is crashing, than this is a coincidence with the TDS GTNXi Pro and the cause of the issue is elsewhere. Please give us more details on the problems, with screenshots, so we can look into them. If it works better, you can always email us at: support@tdssim.com
