Hello,
The issue has to do with the Windows Account containing a space, it is not a problem, there is an easy fix.
Please start the base Aviation PC Trainer: Press the Windows Start button then type Garmin Aviation Trainers.
From there, access the Version Manager tab and scroll down until you find GTNXi PC Trainer V20.30.8 and click on install.
After confirming that the GTNXi PC Trainer has been installed, do not start MSFS, but start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut and click on the GTN750Xi button. Does the screen light up?
