Hello,
Can you please temporarily turn off the antivirus and try running the TDS GTNXi again right after a PC reboot, with MSFS closed, of course.
In addition, can you please check if there is a Windows Event Log/Applications tab crash data for TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe and send it to us via email.
