I have exactly the same problem.
I use the Microsoft Defender Firewall and have switched it off. Unfortunately without success.
I have done the following until then
Uninstalled and reinstalled TDS + Garmin
Checked TDS with other airplanes and helicopters (same problem)
The latest version is installed.
Now I don't know what to do.
I hope to find a solution here.
