yes - the screen lights up and shows the 2 small screens plus "sim not running"
yes! I have both Alpha and Bravo set ups - correctly set for each individual aircraft - only 750 not working

Thank you for the image, can you please click on the GTN750Xi button from the interface (image above) and let us know if it lights up.
In regards to the Honeycomb hardware, a very frequent black screen problem is the avionics bus switch being set to off. Can you please make sure that the physical button is turned on?
Additionally, which antivirus are you using?
We will resolve the problem, in the worst case, we will attempt a version with logging.
