This is quite an odd error, most likely it is something localized, have you reinstalled the operating system since first experiencing this issue?
The best test to run, is after a PC reboot, with MSFS closed, please start the standalone TDS GTNXi Flight Sim from the desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750XI button.
When do you start hearing the weird buzzing sound?
What are your full system specs?
Do you have an audio card? Or anything worth mentioning that may help us track this down?
If not, how do you output sound, through the motherboard? What is the exact manufacturer/model number of the motherboard? Are the sound drivers updated?
