Do you have the TDS GTNXi running in the background? Can you please attempt a complete PC reboot, then navigate to this folder:
C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE
Erase the TDSGTNServices.dll
Then attempt a new install. Please let us know how it goes.
