We are sorry to hear that you are both having problems with the TDS GTNXi Installation, we are here to help.
We think that this error could be related to some sort of program blocking our installation. Which antivirus software are you running? Can you please temporarily disable it and attempt a reinstall of the "Flight Simulator" component?
In case this does not work, please email us the log file for the TDS GPS Manager (The program used to install, the one in the screenshot, after closing it), which should be located here: Documents(My Documents) TDSGPSManagerLo.txt at support@tdssim.com, we will continue this discussion via email.
