#1
Is anyone else getting the Audio from the TDS Trainer only in their left ear?

If I run the Full Garmin Trainer Suite then I am getting audio in Stereo... but Run the TDS 750 and audio only in the left ear...

Sim running or Not audio only in the Left ear....

Hello Les,

After analyzing the situation on our end, we can conclude that we are getting stereo sound in the TDS GTNXi. Maybe you have a wrong audio card setting checked?
I am wondering if other customers are experiencing the same issue as you?

I can look into it but it is set to the same Audio Card as MSFS is set to and it works in Stereo Smile...

Again as I stated in my initial report.  If I run the Garmin Trainer and use it the audio is Stereo.  If I launch the trainer via the TDS launcher and use it in the sim the Audio is only in the Left Channel.....

I will try a couple of things and continue to play with it....

Hello Les,

This is indeed a very odd issue, we will put it on our list to review the code and see if there is something obviously wrong. Unfortunately we can't make any promises, but we would like to hear the findings of other users regarding this issue.

Okay I have been going with this all day...

The Garmin Trainer Windows mixer assignments has no impact on the Audio when the TDS is running.  The Sounds will not change which device it is sending the audio too...

Where are the specific setting for Audio Device Configuration for the TDS Audio Playout device?

This is something wrong in the Garmin Trainer ... run 20.01 of the NXi and it will be Stereo Audio while if you run 20.12 you will get Mono Left Ear Only...  I can do this with the Trainer or with the TDS software...  I don't think you can fix it ... You will need to have Garmin address this...

Hi all!
That's my first message here!
I'm Andrew and I'm enjoying the GTN addon on the H145 helicopter!
I have exactly the same issue, mono audio and only on the left side. The PC has monitor audio (which I don't use) and rift-s virtual reality headset. Using both ways, I can only listen the left channel while all the simulator audio are played on both sides.

See my comment...  This is an issue that is built into the Garmin Trainer software.  Until Garmin Fixes it in the Trainer we won't be able to see a change.
