FS2020/2024 - Navigraph DB not loading on GTNXi

Updated TDS to latest version, ran the instal in Admin mode

but unbale to get Navigratph DB to load 
any suggestions would be welcomed!

Hello,

It seems that no databases can be loaded.

After a PC reboot, please delete these folders:
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\Navigator_XI_1 to Navigator_XI_4

Then reinstall the base Aviation Trainer Launcher.

Please let us know how it goes.

The suggestion above did not work.

Good News is databases are loading now,
Bad news but only after I deleted everything releated to TDS and Garmin, cleaned my registry and installed Garmin GAT 3.8.2.0 offline (not using TDS installer). GAT 3.8.4.0 would always return 'already installed' no matter what i did on installation.

Version GAT 3.8.4.0 is not uninstalling, does not apear in programs, gives the msg 'already installed' even when everything is removed. Also there no ofline version of that version so not sure if it is beta.
 
The whole setup and unistallion seems really poorly designed and prone to many things going wrong, it may be a beneficial to revist the install and unistall process as well as Garmin / TDS integration approach.
