GTN750xi

Runing MSFS 2020. Installed the GTN750xi and the Black Square Duke. Here's a picture of what I get. 750 not turning on and Radar stays in self-test. Stumped on how to fix this. Circuit breakers are all on.

As a first step, let's try this. With MSFS closed, please start the TDS GTNXi from the desktop shortcut, then click on the GTN750Xi button. Does the screen light up?
In addition, please make sure that you do not have any other GTN GPS created by other companies in the MSFS Community folder.

In regards to the WX radar/Transponder, unfortunately these are not our gauges and we do not have any control over them.
Have you checked the TDS GTNXi as VC integrated in other aircraft add-ons?
